1 Ripe Melon, peeled and cut into slices
1/4 pound Prosciutto di Parma, sliced thinly
Arrange the melon slices on a platter.
Top each slice with a slice of Prosciutto ham.
Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
