2 cups Gorgonzola Cheese

3 cups Walnut Pieces, finely chopped


Use a fork to mash the cheese in a bowl until it is creamy.
Add 1 cup of the walnuts and mix thoroughly together.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the cheese mixture into 1-inch balls, then roll them in the remaining walnuts to coat completely.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
