12 Fresh Dates, pitted
3 tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese
Directions
Cut open each date, lengthwise, exposing the hollow area where the pit lived.
Stuff each date with a hazelnut-size dollop of Mascarpone.
Arrange the dates on a serving platter or charcuterie board, keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
