3 cups Balsamic Vinegar
Bring the vinegar to boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Turn the heat to low and simmer until the vinegar has reduced in half.
As it cools, it will thicken. Transfer to an air-tight container or bottle. Keep refrigerated and store for up to 3 months.
