Costole di Martino | Martino Family-Style Ribs

This recipe is a family favorite. My husband always requests these ribs on Father’s Day and his birthday. I like to serve them with roasted potatoes with olives and pan-fried Brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta.

Enjoy with a bottle of Scopeto del Cavalli Brunello di Montalcino.

Ingredients

1 Slab of Baby Back Pork Ribs, butchered into individual ribs

1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 cup White Wine

1/2 cup Soy Sauce

1 Lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon Garlic Salt, I love Jacobsen's

1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the ribs in a large shallow bowl of dish and add all of the ingredients, tossing to combine. Let the ribs marinate in the refrigerator for at 20 minutes. Transfer the ribs and the seasoned liquid to a large baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes then flip all the ribs. Cook for another 30-40 minutes, or until the ribs are browned and crispy on both side. Transfer to a platter and pour the remaining sauce on top. Serve immediately.
