We will be visiting the famous Mulino Val d’Orcia pasta mill in Pienza where owner Amedeo Grappi will give us a tour. Lastly, chef Paolo Coluccio will prepare a few simple and delicious dishes to pair with the amazing, organic wines imported by Yours Truly, Wine.
