Yours Truly, Wine is an importer of organic, sustainable wines produced from family-owned wineries across Italy. We enjoy working with these undiscovered, organic, small production wineries that share our passion for extraordinary wine with low sulfites and no additives. Our wineries’ stories are similar – they revolve around family and the desire to create the finest wines possible. Salute!
Travel to the undiscovered wine region of Val d’Orcia in Tuscany with father-daughter team Giulitta and Luca Zamperini. We will be tasting through four of their organic Italian wines. For more than a century, the Zamperini family has lived in the countryside surrounding the Castle of Ripa d’Orcia. During this time, the family has dedicated themselves to the farm with love and passion by maintaining ancient agricultural traditions.
Amy Martino Phinny, Founder of Yours Truly, Wine, has worked as a sommelier and restaurateur, and has over 20 years fine wine experience. Her palate has found a home in Italy where she hopes to share some of the treasures she has discovered with you. When not speeding through the Italian countryside, Amy lives in Palm Springs, California with her husband, Stephen & their Golden Retrievers, George and Charlie. Amy enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and traveling.
Sustainable farming is not only beneficial to the environment but also helps preserve the soil quality, reduce degradation and erosion, conserve water, and eliminate the need for fertilizers and pesticides.
Our wines are made with organic hand harvested grapes, indigenous yeasts, the least amount of sulfites needed to stabilize the wine, and naturally occurring malolactic bacteria.
Our winemakers all have the same philosophy – incredible wine is created in the vineyard, not in the cellar.
