About Madrevite
Dedicated to agriculture and wine production for three generations, Madrevite is one of the first families to farm organically on the green hills of Umbria. The vineyards are located in a unique position on the borderline between Umbria and Tuscany, halfway between the Chiusi Lake and the Trasimeno Lake. Over time, Madrevite has combined the production of quality organic wines, focusing on territorial varieties, along with the production of olive oil and legumes.
Winemaker, Nicola Chiucchiurlotto, remains dedicated to organic farming because “to be organic means to make an act of love, it means to believe in an ethical and sustainable approach, for us and for those who will come after us.”

Her palate has found a home in Italy where she hopes to share some of the treasures she has discovered with you. When not speeding through the Italian countryside, Amy lives in Palm Springs, California with her husband, Stephen & their Golden Retrievers, George and Charlie. Amy enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and traveling.

Sustainable farming is not only beneficial to the environment but also helps preserve the soil quality, reduce degradation and erosion, conserve water, and eliminate the need for fertilizers and pesticides.
NO ADDITIVES
Our wines are made with organic hand-harvested grapes, indigenous yeasts, the least amount of sulfites needed to stabilize the wine, and naturally occurring malolactic bacteria.
NATURALLY DELICIOUS
Our winemakers all have the same philosophy – incredible wine is created in the vineyard, not in the cellar.
